How long until the mattress is usable?
Freshen Up takes about 1 hour and has zero drying time. Standard Cleaning takes about 1 hour plus roughly 1 hour 30 minutes drying. Intensive Stain Treatment and Urine & Odor Reduction take about 1 hour 30 minutes plus roughly 2 hours drying.
Do you accept M-PESA?
Yes — M-PESA and cash. Payment is normally due after the work. An optional deposit may be arranged, but it is never required.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
We assess honestly upfront — often via a photo on WhatsApp before we visit.
