How long until the mattress is usable?
Our dry process means mattresses are typically usable within about 30 minutes after we finish.
Do you accept M-PESA?
Yes — M-PESA and cash. Payment only after the service is confirmed and agreed.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
We assess honestly upfront — often via a photo on WhatsApp before we visit.
