We always aim for the best possible result, but cleaning outcomes are not guaranteed. FreshDream provides honest assessments before and during every job.
What affects results
- Age and depth of the stain.
- Type of fabric and mattress materials.
- Previous treatments or chemicals used on the item.
- Overall mattress or upholstery condition.
Honest wording
Results depend on stain age, depth, fabric and mattress condition. Some older or deeper stains may improve but not disappear completely. We will always share an honest assessment before treatment.
Drying and re-use
Freshen Up is a fully dry process with zero drying time and is ready to use immediately after the approximately 1-hour service. Standard Cleaning takes about 1 hour plus roughly 1 hour 30 minutes drying. Intensive Stain Treatment and Urine & Odor Reduction take about 1 hour 30 minutes plus roughly 2 hours drying. These are planning estimates; ventilation, weather, fabric and condition may affect actual drying time, which is confirmed on-site.
