We only collect the information needed to quote, schedule and deliver your cleaning service:

• Service address — the location in Nairobi where the cleaning takes place, used to schedule the visit and calculate the zone travel fee.
• Booking details — mattress sizes, selected services, add-ons and preferred dates.
• Photos you choose to send — for example, stain or odour images shared on WhatsApp to give you an accurate quote.
• Before & after service photos — taken to document the work, shared with you and kept on file for quality control.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and confirm your final price.
• To schedule, carry out and follow up on your cleaning service.
• To communicate with you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your booking.
• To keep service records and improve our quality of work.
• To send you offers only if you have asked to receive them.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the people and tools needed to run the service:

• Our cleaning technicians, so they can reach and serve you.
• Service providers that host our booking system and database (for example, our cloud hosting and Supabase database).
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

5. Data retention

We keep booking and service records, including before/after photos, only as long as needed for quality control, follow-up service and legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those requirements.

6. Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your data where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.
